We also give you a comfort guarantee that the equipment installed will cool and heat to your satisfaction or it will be replaced at no additional charge or expense to you. The only thing we ask is that you allow us to make the proper recommendations on the system sizing and the scope of work performed at your home to make sure your system is preforming as it was designed to operate.

We know the climate, codes, and construction in this area. So, we know what works and what doesn’t work in this region. Your home will not be our testing or training ground, so you can be assured we will get the job done right the first time, saving you time and money.

We are fully licensed and insured for your protection, so there will be no claim against you or your insurance provider in the event of an accident, injury or damage to your property. You will also not have any out of pocket charges or expenses in the event of an accident, injury or damage to your property.

We always pull the proper permits that provide third party protection, and all our work meets or exceeds existing codes, so you know it will work better and safer, and lasts longer, saving you money. We always install a new thermostat and float switch with every new installation for you, saving you down time and or damage to your property.

Diamond Air Design includes with every new customer a no charge Service – maintenance agreement with every purchase of a new system to cover parts and labor with two visits annually on every new system, so you won’t have additional money coming out for expenses there by saving you money. We stand behind our installations labor for a full-service agreement time frame. That means no out of pocket expenses for you during those years, which saves you money. We also offer an optional extended labor warranty for up to a full 10 years with no deductible so there is no out of pocket expense for you during those additional years, which can save you a lot money on maintenance costs. If you have warranty coverage with us, we prioritize your calls for those Diamond Club customers who have put their trust in us. We feel that is fair to honor our commitment to the customers want and pay for priority service and maintenance.

We always register the new equipment for our clients to make sure you receive the full manufacturer’s warranty that you are entitled to receive. We do not leave that burden on you the homeowner just in case you forget to register your product. Most manufacturers today will only give 5 years parts warranty for your unregistered product.

We will take the utmost care in your home when installing or removing equipment by using drop cloths and mats to prevent damage to your home, saving you time and money. We always clean up after ourselves by removing old parts and equipment and disposing of them properly so not to leave you a mess to clean up after we are done.

We don’t use sub-contractors in our installations or service work at your home. Our people are covered by our insurance and our license, and we will honor the warranty for all the work they perform at your home for the term of your agreement. You won’t be caught in the middle between someone contracted to do the work and the sub-contractor who is doing the work, which could put you at risk of an inferior installation or service, damaging your property.

All our prices come out of a standardized pricing guide in our business, so everyone pays the same price for the same work being done. You can be assured of a fair price for work being done every time. We don’t make prices up as we go along or charge by the neighborhood.

We keep a full inventory of common parts in our vehicles to get you back up running and comfortable as soon as possible. We use only time-tested, field-tested parts and supplies so they work better and last longer, saving you money.
