I couldn't be more pleased with the HVAC work by Diamond Air. They are hands down the best in the Pensacola and Alabama coastal area. I was so happy to find that they now serve the Alabama side as well as Florida. They do high quality work, and fix the mistakes of other HVAC companies. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. I'm so glad I found an honorable, ethical, trustworthy, polite company that is priced fairly who focuses on high quality. Cliff is Awesome!

Letter of Recommendation

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Diamond Air Design and to commend Mr. Cliff Dreading for his exceptional service, professionalism, and craftsmanship. From start to finish, Cliff demonstrated an exemplary level of expertise, attention to detail, and dedication that far exceeded my expectations.

Cliff quickly and accurately diagnosed the deficiencies within my HVAC system and resolved all issues efficiently and effectively. His technical skill, combined with his commitment to customer satisfaction, reflects the highest standards of the trade.

It is increasingly rare to find a business that truly places the customer first, but Diamond Air Design does exactly that. Cliff’s work ethic, integrity, and pride in his craft are evident not only in the process but also in the quality of the final result.

I am genuinely impressed with the professionalism and service provided, and I am proud to offer my highest recommendation to both Diamond Air Design and Cliff Dreading. Their excellence and customer-focused approach set a standard others should strive to achieve.

Sincerely,
Dan BIll

Highly recommended. A year ago I used them to diagnose a problem on home inspection while buying a home. They came right out gave me a great report at a good price. This past week, my unit started struggling. I called them and they came out same day. Cliff was great to work with and found simple issue quickly. He changed my starting capacitor for a very fair price. I bet most contractors would have charged me for a compressor. This will be my HVAC supplier from now on.
